Terms and Conditions for model cover photoshoots

If selected for a photoshoot for the cover of SUM you and your child are automatically bound to these terms. We reserve the right to terminate this contract where we deem appropriate. SUM will not tolerate any kind of innaporprate, disrespectful or rude comments towards any members part of the photoshoot collaboration and if there has been evidence of such for any parties the contract will be terminated upon the order of SUM. This means the child will not be put on the cover of SUM if it is on behalf of the parent/guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  Your use of SUM following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users of the website. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. Shipping

We will attempt to ship all products within 2-4 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Returns

Merchandise purchased from us may be returned within 10 days of delivery if accompanied by the original receipt. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing simplyuniquemag@gmail.com. We will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 5 days of delivery will be subject to respective vendor warranty policies.
